How do I cancel my Tab Pro subscription?

If you started your Tab Pro subscription in Google Play Market or in Apple App Store, then please look at these articles respectively:

To cancel your Tab Pro subscription (only for MONTHLY, 3 MONTHS, 6 MONTHS, 12 MONTHS subscriptions) started on our website, please follow these steps:
  1. Sign in here:  (use this link if you forgot your password)
  2. Click on the expand button  in the top left corner.
  3. Click on your username.
  4. Go to the "manage your account" section (if you don't see this section, but you can find "Full Lifetime", then please refer to this article)
  5. Go to the "Subscription" section and click on "Would you like to manage your subscription?"  (carefully follow next 6-11 steps)
  6. Choose the option "Your current subscription plan. Premium local (full) subscription at $X.XX / X months"
  7. Click on the appeared "Turn off auto-renewal" button.
  8. Select "Other" reason and click on the "Continue".
  9. Skip the offer and enter your Ultimate Guitar account password  (use this link if you forgot password)  
  10. Click on the "Turn off auto-renewal" button to complete the cancellation process.
  11. If you canceled your Tab Pro subscription, you will see the following screen:

If you don't see the same screen, then you did not complete the cancellation process. So read the steps carefully and try again.

Then you've purchased the Lifetime subscription, not a regular subscription. Please refer to this article.

If you see the following screen:

Then you should click on "Change" button and select another payment method PayPal:

Wait until the changing process is finished and then just close all the pop-up windows and refresh the page.
