"491" Android error codeThis Google Play issue is a bug, and appears on a range of Android devices older than Jellybean OS.
This error may occur when you are trying to install the app to SD card.
To solve it, try pull out your SD card and install the app.
"403" Android error codeThis error is usually related to the Proxy Settings of your phone. Please check if you have a proxy set up to your connection. You can check proxy settings for your phone by going into Settings > Wireless and networks > Mobile Networks > Access Point names. Select your default used setting, then check the proxy field. Make sure it's empty or Not Set.
Another way is to clear the cache of Google Play. Go to Settings > Applications Manager > Google Play * (* stands for Google services). Tap on clear data and cache, then try to download the app again.
"-24" Android error code
Basically, there is some app data left from a previous installation of the app. Google Play recognizes that data when trying to install the app and shows a -24 error.
To fix the problem, please follow these steps:
- Using a root file manager, go to /data/data.
- Find the package name of the app you want to install.
- Delete that folder.
- Install the app again.
