[App] Allow to upload our own songs

I think for current song writers it would be great for us to have an option to upload our own songs to utilize ultimate guitar features . Including a setting where it can be public or private.

    This is already supported. Read the guide for submitting new charts (or perhaps it was in the FAQ.) It tells you just how to title and credit your song when it's an original.
