[Android] I purchased the app previously. Why I can't access Pro features now?

In order to restore your access, you only need to relog in to the same UG account that you used previously and to the same Google Play account that you used to make the purchase with. If you do not remember your username or password, please refer to this article on how to reset a password.

If you don't have a UG account, please register one in the app by tapping  "Account&Settings  > "Create account". Please note that paying for a subscription does not automatically create an Ultimate Guitar account. Once you created it, please tap the Restore purchases button to make sure the membership is linked to your new account. 
Please note that the "Restore purchases" is a standard button in Google Play's system that reinstated a purchase that does not work. Pressing this button DOES NOT cancel or refund a purchase.

If neither of these instructions helps, or you are having a hard time remembering the account, please contact us with the receipt of your purchase and email associated with your Google Play account.
