[website] I want to change my username
To change your username:
- Create a new UG account using the Sign up with Email option.
- Contact us at support-registration@ultimate-guitar.com with the usernames & email addresses for your old account and the new one.
- We transfer your Pro subscription and Favorites to your new account and delete the old one.
Note:
- The playlists and shots can't be transferred to the new account.
- We've heard your feedback and know there are many reasons why you'd want to change your username. That is why we're already working on implementing this feature!
