[website] I bought Ultimate Guitar Pro subscription on my desktop and can't get access on my Android/iPhone/iPad

You need to be logged to the same Ultimate Guitar account which was used to purchase Pro subscription on the web. Pro subscription is always attached to a certain Ultimate Guitar account.

1. Please make sure that you've downloaded the correct app:

Ultimate Guitar: Chords&Tabs for iOS 

Ultimate Guitar: Chords&Tabs for Android 

2. Open the app
3. Tap Account&Settings
4. Sign in to your Pro account
